If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your order to us in the original condition complete with labels within 14 days of purchase (7 days for sale items). After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Weavers Door is not liable for the cost of returning items. You will also be refunded less Weavers Door’s outbound postage costs.
In addition to the above, we are extending the returns period for any items purchased before Christmas as a gift. As long as they are back with us by Fri 10th January we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

Please contact us for a returns code and complete the returns form you received with your order, indicating whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. Should you require an exchange, someone will contact you once we’ve received the item back to confirm the exchange and take payment for re-delivery.
