VAT DISCOUNT
For our customers ordering from outside the European Union, you will receive a 20% VAT discount on your order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.

To work out the price with the VAT Discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.2. Please note this is slightly different to simply reducing the price by 20%.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE

UK ORDERS : All UK orders placed before 3pm (15:00hrs) will be dispatched the same day (if a working day). All UK Orders placed after 3pm (15:00hrs) will be dispatched the next available working day. All UK orders are dispatched as standard on a next working day UPS delivery service.

EU ORDERS: All EU orders are dispatched under the same delivery policy as UK orders but delivery time is 2/3 working days by UPS International delivery service as standard.

NON-EU ORDERS: All NON-EU orders are dispatched under the same delivery policy as UK orders but delivery time is 4/5 working days by UPS International delivery service as standard.

All non-UK orders are dispatched under the same policy, but by a 2/5 working day UPS delivery service as standard.

Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries are also available for a small surcharge, to both UK and other destinations worldwide.

All deliveries are fully insured and trackable by UPS.

*same day dispatch are not always possible during SALE periods, but we will always try our best, let us know if it’s vital.


CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE LIVERPOOL STORE
Yes, simply contact us at info@weaversdoor.com to let us know you would rather collect your order in person. Once ordered, please print off your order confirmation or order number and bring to store with you accompanied by photographic identification.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED
Once you receive a dispatch confirmation via email from info@weaversdoor.com to confirm your web order has been dispatched followed by a email from UPS containing your web order's tracking link. For orders placed online, we provide the option to deliver (ship) to a different address to the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before delivering to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them.

Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address provided. If your order has already been dispatch, then the delivery address cannot be changed. In this instance we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned then postage would be payable for it to be sent out again.



I HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For security purposes we may need to carry out security checks on orders prior to dispatch. There are many reasons we may elect to complete such a security check including our policy of random spot checks. If you have been asked to supply additional information please be aware that we cannot begin the dispatch process until the information is received. We use the utmost discression and security with any information we are sent.



WHAT IF I'M NOT PRESENT AT DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN ITS DELIVERED
All UK customers will receive a UPS delivery attempt card providing instructions to collect your web order from a local depot, or to rearrange delivery, this is performed after three attempts to deliver on consecutive working days.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET
International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected / forecasted, orders can sometimes be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one country to another. If your an international customer and your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days from dispatch. Please contact info:weaversdoor.com and we can investigate this further. Please check that you haven’t received a card from the couriers.
