Born in 1909, Fred Perry become Britain’s greatest ever Lawn tennis player, winning Wimbledon on tree occasions. After retiring from the professional tennis he moved to Beverley Hills USA, and later launched his own tennis polo shirt. The shirt design was first shown during the 1952 Wimbledon championship and became an immediate success. Over the years the shirt has been fashioned and adorned from Mods to Skins and today is adored by musicians and style icons alike. The label is synominis with all things cool, need we say more.
